I’ve been using a form for a while and it’s been working fine. I made some field changes to this week, and now my two most recent submissions show “Not started”.

I’ve never had an approval workflow configured, and still don’t as far as I know.

    Hi Justin,

Thanks for reaching out to us about your submissions showing as Not started after making some field changes to your form. I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Justin,

Thanks for granting access. I checked your form GM Sunday Parking Counts and noticed that there's a workflow created, that seems to be disabled now. You can make sure you don't have a Workflow active by removing the Workflows from your form. Deleting a Workflow attached to your form is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Workflows.
    3. Hover your mouse over the workflow you created, click on the Gear icon and click on Delete.

    1. While in Form Builder, in the Workflows tab, click on the Gear icon again and select Purge
    2. Then, in the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Confirm. That's it.
