My Save button is not working

    I have been troubleshooting this for over 4 hours. My "save" button (the button allowing my customers to come back and finish their form) doesnt work on laptops, phones, or tablets. Can someone please help hop on my website and help me fix this issue? I have been troubleshooting for over 8 hours. I cant seem to get in touch with a real person for help. Someone please help if you have figured out how to get past this

    Hi Tiffani,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share the link where your form is embedded? In the meantime, if you've used a different embed code, can you try to embed your form using the iFrame embed code? Let me show you where to get the iFrame embed code:


    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    2. Click on Embed on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select iFrame, then click on the Copy Code button.

    Hi Tiffani,

    I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Thankyou im at my whitts end with this 😩 i have been having so many issues that cant seem to be fixed and i never hear back from the escalation team. Is there a way to pay more to not have this issue or should I just switch companies sadly? I dont want to have to but I cant send my customers to an active website where the save function doesn’t work.

    I completely understand how frustrating this has been, especially after all the time you’ve spent trying to troubleshoot it. While we don’t have a solution just yet, rest assured that we’re actively working on it and will get back to you as soon as we have an update.

    At the moment, we don’t offer a higher-tier plan that guarantees faster fixes from our Developers, but we do prioritize escalated issues based on urgency and user impact. We’ll make sure to keep this thread updated the moment we hear back from them.
