Is there some way that I can adjust (or edit) the data labels in the report? Some of my options are being cut off.

Hi RSF Women's Fund,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To adjust the formatting of data labels in your visual report, you can try resizing the report elements or changing the label font size to prevent them from being cut off. This can usually be done within the report builder settings where you customize your report layout and styles.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

No, this wasn't what I was asking.

Hi RSF Women's Fund,
Thanks for clarifying. Could you please specify which data labels you want to adjust or how you'd like to edit them? This will help me provide more precise guidance.

In the screenshot above, I would like to be able to edit the options so that it only shows 3-4 words, instead of the entire text which appears on the survey.

Hi RSF Women's Fund,
Currently, Jotform's visual report does not have a direct option to limit the number of words shown in data labels. However, you can try resizing the chart or adjusting the layout to better fit the labels. Alternatively, you might consider editing the original survey options to use shorter text if possible.

How can I edit the question/labels if the survey has already been completed by the targeted audience?

Hi RSF Women's Fund,
You can edit your form questions or labels even after submissions have been collected by going to your form in Form Builder and making the changes. However, note that this will not update previous submissions automatically.
To update existing submission data, you can edit entries directly in Jotform Tables by using inline editing or opening each entry in edit mode and resubmitting it. This way, you can correct or shorten labels in the submissions.

No, could you please refer this to an actual agent who can perhaps answer this after the weekend is over?

Hi RSFWomen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can edit the options in the Report builder. Let me show you how:
- In Report Builder, click on the element and click on the gear icon on the right side.
- On the right panel, click on Data.
- Finally, click on the options and edit it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Jeric,
I tried that, but I am not receiving any link to options in the Data Setting (step #3). When I hover over the given option/color, it just shows the color drop icon. What I am hoping to do is to be able to "re-label" or shorten the labels, and perhaps even increase the font size, so that they are easier to read. Thank you.

Hi RSFWomen,
Let me walk you through how to shorten the text of your survey options:
- In the Chart Settings under Data, double click on the Option.
- Then you can relabel/edit the options.
- Click on the Style tab under the Chart Settings.
- Scroll down to Chart Settings to change the Font style and size.

That worked great! Thank you so much. I was missing the "double click" step.
