How to Add Tax to Form

please help me to enable tax option

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform allows you to add sales tax to products or services using many payment gateways such as PayPal, Square, Stripe, Authorize.Net, and more. Note that tax options are not available for subscription or donation payment types. You can find the complete list of payment gateways here.

Now, let me show how to enable and set up tax on your form:

1. In Form Builder, go to the Payment Element.
2. Click on the Wand icon on the right side of the Product List element.
3. Click on the Tax tab and set your Tax Rate.

yeah but its not possible to set correctly the quebec taxes

You can add a dropdown field in your form that will contain the Quebec option. And then set the Tax in your Product list field. Let me show you how:

First, we will add a dropdown field in the form.

1. While in Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.

2. In the Form Elements menu, under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Dropdown field.

3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.

4. Click the field and then click the Gear icon on the right side of it.

5. Under the Options tab, enter the options in the Options section.

Now, we will set the tax.

1. While in Form Builder, click on Product list field and then click the Cart icon on its right side.

2. Under the Tax tab, set the tax on the Set Tax Options from a Location Field section.
