Hi
I wish I could manually move the autoresponder emails and the notification email so I can group them in a way that is convenient for me... by topic, by destination ... etcJust like I can filter all the conditions by type but with even more flexibility
thanks

Hi Alexander Landman,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Currently, Jotform does not support manually moving or grouping autoresponder and notification emails by topic or destination. However, you can organize your email conditions by type using filters, which offers some level of flexibility.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

Hi Alexander,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Right now, there isn’t a way to filter or group autoresponder and notification emails based on specific criteria. As a workaround, you can use the Change Email Recipient condition. From there, you can use both the Condition Type and Related Form Field dropdowns to filter them. Check out the screencast below for an example:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions, and then select Change Email Recipient. (If you already have a condition set, first click on Add Condition, then select Change Email Recipient.)
3. Set up the conditions as you see below and click on Save:
I gave you an example based on the Single Choice element, but you can adjust the condition as needed. Also, to use different emails, you'll need to create separate ones. Check out our Setting Up Autoresponder Emails guide to learn how to create them. You can also check out our guide explaining How to Send Emails Based on a User's Answer.
I also believe that it's a great feature to have, so I've also gone ahead and escalated the request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
