Not getting password reset email

    Can you please let me know specifically what email address the password reset emails should be coming from so that I can have our email provider look for a specific message? This is incredibly frustrating for a service that we pay to use... Every other platform that we pay for has a live support agent that could troubleshoot this and help us get in immediately. Thankfully, Jotform is no longer the only game in town for these services.

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. We offer Live Chat Support, but there are a limited number of agents available in each time zone. So, sometimes it gets disabled, and you won't see it on our pages. When it is available, you'll see a pop-up if you're logged into your account on most pages, like Form Builder, Jotform Tables, Jotform Inbox, etc. as shown in the lower-right corner of the image below:

    Jotform password reset emails are sent from noreply@jotform.com. I can see that the password reset email has been successfully sent to your email address. Can you check your Spam or Junk folder? Also, you may add Jotform’s IP addresses and domains to your whitelist to help maintain reliable communication.
