    Hi Elena,

    You can create a Workflow for your form and then use the Approval element, which has an Expiration option. Here's how to do it:

    How To Create Workflow:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Workflows on the left side of the screen.

    3. Click on Create Workflow.

    How To Add Approval Element In Workflow:

    1. In Workflow Builder, on the left side of the screen, click/drag the Approval element to add into the Workflow.

    2. Drag the Approval element to the empty box connected to the form.

    3. On the right side of the Approval element, click on the Gear icon.

    4. On the right panel, go to Advanced tab.

    5. Turn on, Expiration.
