Best Plan for Signed Documents as A Nonprofit Organization

    I work for a small non-profit that connects undergraduate students with biomedical professionals to consult on tech transfer projects. We collect about 635 forms with signatures (W9s, NDAs, Agreement & Release, etc) from about 175 people each year, with the majority of the forms collected in the month of October. We would like to move from PDFs that need to be printed and rescanned to an eSignature platform. I would like to schedule a call to ask a few questions about Jotform as I conduct research to choose the best platform for us to invest in. Thank you!

    You can also visit our Pricing page to find out which plan is most suitable for your needs. As a nonprofit organization, you can apply for our Nonprofit discount. Once your application is approved, you'll be eligible for a 50% discount on our regular plans.

    But, if you believe the limits of the Bronze, Silver, or Gold plans won’t be enough for your organization, we recommend filling out the Enterprise Contact form. Once submitted, a representative will get in touch with you to discuss a custom solution that fits your needs.
