Hello I'm Thiflan, Data and Revenue Manager at Grun Resort, Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia. My account got suspended, today is our time to pay the yearly bill, but suddenly my account and IP got banned. Our operational team use Jotform, and it's impacted a lot to our team performance. Please let me know ASAP if there's any update, I already make a ticket but it's too long if I have to wait 24-48 hours. Thankyou

Thanks for patiently waiting. Your account was suspended because your issuing bank flagged the renewal attempt on a card that has been discontinued/blocked.
I've already reactivated the account so you may now log back in and update the card that's in good standing.
