    Hi Lean Department Spirit Subang,

I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

If your form shows "Form Over Quota" but you see only a small amount of data, it might be due to cached data causing the issue. Even if your usage is below the limits, this error can appear.

Let me help you with that:

    1. Hover over your account avatar at the top-right of the page.
    2. Click Settings from the dropdown menu.
    3. Click Clear Cache to clear your form caches.

This often resolves the issue. If the problem persists, it might be related to your account limits, such as submission or upload space limits.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Lean Department Spirit Subang,

Since clearing the cache did not resolve the issue, please check your account usage page at https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage to confirm if any limits have been reached, such as submissions, payment submissions, form views, or upload space.

If you have reached a limit, you can either wait for the monthly reset, upgrade your plan, or delete and purge submissions with uploaded files to free space.

If your usage is still below limits and the error persists, please try archiving unused forms as archived forms do not count towards form limits.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi leaniespiritsubang,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your upload space usage and it now shows 82.95 MB. You can free up more space by deleting submissions. The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If you have a File Upload field in your form and the user attaches files and submits it, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted in your upload space. This limit does not reset, you need to delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up the space. Let me show you how:

    1. In Tables, hover your cursor over the first column of the submission data and click on the checkbox to select the submission data.
    2. On the right side of the screen, click on Delete. Then click on Move to Trash in the window that opens. Now, let us purge the data:

    3. In your Submissions table, click on the Three dots icon beside the form name, then click on Trashed entries

    4. The Trashed entries section will show up; click on Select All, then click Delete Forever. Forms Over Quota Image 2 Screenshot 63

You can Download Form Submissions first to avoid losing data. We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check out. To learn more about the account limits, I suggest looking into our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
