    Hi Yoel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to clarify, are you referring to a form you created or one that someone else shared with you? If this is your form, could you share the form URL so we can take a closer look at the email settings and help troubleshoot why you're not receiving email responses after a new submission?

    You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
