How can we Automatically send a text using Jotform Number after user submits a form?

Hi Anthony,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Right now, we don't have a built-in option to send submission notifications by text message. Notifications are sent by email instead.
As a workaround, you can use third-party tools like Zapier or Make to send an SMS when someone submits the form. It might be a good idea to bring in someone with automation experience to help set it up smoothly.

Ok I see- your AI support chat said this could be done but its no big deal. I didn't realize the number I bought was assigned to the agent we setup for hiring. I need the phone number assigned to our customer form to help with existing customers. Can you switch the number to our Customer Service form? Otherwise I don't have a use for it under the current setup. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Anthony,
I just heard back from the relevant team. It's possible to assign the phone number that's currently connected with your other AI Agent to your Customer Service Agent. Let me show you how:
- Open the AI Agent that's linked to the phone number in AI Agent Builder, then click on Publish in the blue navigation bar at the top.
- Choose Phone Agent in the left side menu.
- Click on the Three Dots icon next to the Agent's name.
- In the menu that opens, click on Disconnect.
Now, open your Customer Service Agent and follow the same steps as above to get to the Phone Agent page. Once you're there, you can assign it to the previously disconnected phone number. Just select the number from the Available Numbers dropdown, then click Use Number.
