    Hi Edgar,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain more about the issue? Are you locked out of your account? Can you send us a screenshot of what you're getting when logging in to Jotform? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our support forum:

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    Hi Edgar,

I understand that you’d like to stop someone from receiving notifications or autoresponder emails from form submissions in Jotform. Whether it’s your email or someone else’s, the only way to make that change is to reach out to the form owner. They’ll need to update the form’s email settings and remove the email address from the notification or autoresponder configuration.

If you know who the form owner is, you can reach out to them directly and request that they remove the email from the form’s settings. If you’re unsure, you can check one of the emails that were sent. It might include the form owner’s name or contact details, which could help you identify who to reach out to.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
