Hi there, we are unable to accept any payments via any form. We use authorize.net as a widget, can you advise on what might be the problem or a quick solution?

The screenshot you shared was too small, and if I zoom in, I'm unable to see the complete error message. Can you take a screenshot again and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
