Trying to integrate outlook with jotform but it won't work

    Hello,

    I am trying to integrate Outlook with Jotform. When I try to integrate them, it says I need admin access. I tried having my admin log in, but it just kept looping back to the page where it asks for the admin to authenticate it.

    Is there an easier way to link Outlook and Jotform?

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help with integrating Outlook with Jotform. When integrating Outlook Calendar with Jotform, admin access is required to authenticate the Microsoft account. If you are experiencing a looping issue where the admin authentication page keeps reappearing, it usually indicates a problem with the authorization process.

    If the admin login keeps looping, ensure that:

    1. The admin account you are using has the necessary permissions to authorize third-party app integrations.
    2. Pop-up blockers or browser extensions are not interfering with the authentication window.
    3. You try using a different browser or clear your browser cache and cookies before authenticating again.

    This integration allows your form to automatically check your Outlook Calendar for availability, prevent double bookings, and create calendar events for appointments booked through your form.

    Hi Manilene,

    I have tied clearing my cache and it still will not work. We have had this integration work before, so I am sure we have the correct permissions.

    I'm not sure what else to try. Is Jotform still working with Zapier? Maybe that will work better.
