    Possible Causes and Solutions

    Form Access Settings: If your form is set to Private, only users you've invited can access it, and they must log in to a Jotform account. To allow broader access:

    • In the Form Builder, click on the Publish tab.
    • Click on the Settings (gear icon) next to the form link.
    • Change the Access Settings to Public Form.


    Incorrect Form URL: Ensure that the link you've provided is correct. Sometimes, using an incorrect domain can lead to access issues. The standard format is https://form.jotform.com/.

    Browser or Device Issues:

    • Ask them to try accessing the form using a different browser or device.
    • Clearing the browser's cache and cookies can also help resole loading issues
