Hello-
The forms are not delivering to any of our email addresses and I have tried every support recommendation. Here is a screenshot of our account history showing all of the emails failing.

I see you provided the screenshot of your account history and showed the failed email deliveries. I totally understand how important it is for your forms to function correctly.
Steps to Troubleshoot:
Check the Bounce List: Sometimes, email addresses may end up on Jotform's bounce list, which prevents notifications from being sent. You can check and remove your email addresses from the bounce list by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-how-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list/
Verify Email Notification Settings: Make sure that your form's email notifications are correctly configured:
In the Form Builder, go to Settings > Emails.
Click on the notification email and verify the Recipient Email address.
Under the Advanced tab, check the Sender Email. If it is blank, set it to noreply@formresponse.com or noreply@jotform.com
