I am trying to regain access to a deprecated email account used in our organisation (William.Hutchison@sydney.edu.au). We used Jotforms in our website including

    •        “Special consideration” found in page https://www.sydney.edu.au/cet/enrol/cet/pages/special-consideration-dec10.html

    •        “Online application for review or appeal” found in page https://www.sydney.edu.au/cet/enrol/cet/pages/application-for-review-or-appeal.html

    •        “Disability and inclusion form” found in page https://www.sydney.edu.au/cet/enrol/cet/pages/disability-and-inclusion-form.html

As the subscription for Jotform was recently billed at 16/05/2025, we will need to provide a receipt for finance purposes. Can we regain access to this account? Thanks. We have tried the old login password but it also failed.

    Step 1: Recover Account Access

Since your old password doesn't work, try resetting the password:

    1. Go to the Jotform login page: https://www.jotform.com/login
    2. Click “Forgot Password?”
    3. Enter the email address associated with the account.
    4. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email
    Step 2: Retrieve the Receipt

Once you're back into the account:

    1. Go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
    2. Scroll down to Invoices.
    3. Click the invoice for 16/05/2025 to view and download it for finance.
Step 3: Still Locked Out? Contact Support

If you can’t reset the password or don’t know the account email:

    1. Go to https://www.jotform.com/contact/
    2. Choose the “Billing” or “Login Issue” category.
    3. Include:
    • The billing date (16/05/2025)
    • Last 4 digits of the card charged (if known)
    • Any billing email or company info
    • Your need for a receipt for finance
