Let me walk you through it:
- Wait for a cooldown period: After multiple failed login attempts, the system temporarily locks the account for security reasons. Please wait for some time, usually 15-30 minutes, before trying again.
- Reset your password: If you are unsure about your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset it securely.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve login issues.
On my side, I also reset your login attempts to provide you with some extra attempts.
