Cannot log in the account due to try too many times

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Regarding your issue with logging into your account due to too many login attempts, here’s what you can do:

    Let me walk you through it:

    1. Wait for a cooldown period: After multiple failed login attempts, the system temporarily locks the account for security reasons. Please wait for some time, usually 15-30 minutes, before trying again.
    2. Reset your password: If you are unsure about your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset it securely.
    3. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve login issues.

    On my side, I also reset your login attempts to provide you with some extra attempts.
