Cancelation of my subscription on the app

    Hi. I can't seem to cancel my subscription for jotform mobile app.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I saw that you initially purchased the subscription through the Google Play Store. Note that subscriptions paid through Google are subject to Google’s refund policy. You can cancel the subscription first to take advantage of the Black Friday discount on the website. You can follow this guide to inquire about how the refund process works and request a refund for your subscription.

    Since your subscription was purchased via the Google Play Store, both the cancellation and refund processes are handled directly by Google. As a result, we are unable to cancel or issue refunds for subscriptions made through Google Play from our end. To proceed, you will need to manage your subscription and request a refund through your Google Play account settings or by contacting Google Support directly.
