Banned IP address

IP banned, please assist.

I am admin of some forms which are used to collect information from my team members. My team member's IP has been blocked. Can you please assist?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Generally, the IP address gets blocked when an account is suspended by our anti-phishing system. This isn't necessarily your team members account. There may be another user who may have created a Jotform account using the same IP address and created a form violating our Terms of Usage. Can you share the banned IP address? Your team member may use this website to check their public IP.
