Hi Yossi Azulay,
I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
If you can't find the Stripe Checkout payment element in Jotform Sign, it may be because only basic elements are shown initially. To add Stripe Checkout, go to the Form Builder, click Add Element, then under the Payments tab, look for the Stripe Checkout Gateway and drag it to your form.
After adding it, connect your Stripe account by selecting Live or Test mode and logging in. You can then configure payment types like selling products, subscriptions, donations, or user-defined amounts.
Note that Apple Pay and Google Pay options appear on the Stripe Checkout payment page based on user device and browser settings, not directly in the form builder.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Yossi Azulay,
Jotform Sign and the Form Builder are separate tools. Stripe Checkout can only be added through the Form Builder when creating regular forms, not directly in Jotform Sign.
If you want to collect payments with a signature, you need to create your form with Stripe Checkout in the Form Builder first, then use that form link or embed it where needed. Jotform Sign itself doesn't support adding payment elements directly.
Let me know if you need guidance on creating a payment form with Stripe Checkout in the Form Builder.
Best regards,

Hi Yossi Azulay,
After creating your form with Stripe Checkout in the Form Builder, you can use the form link or embed code to share it.
To get the link, go to My Forms, select your form, and click Publish. Copy the direct link to share or embed it on your website using the Embed options.
Jotform Sign doesn’t support embedding forms, so you’ll need to share the form link directly with your users for payment and signature collection.

so you can t add payment directly to jotform sign?

Hi Yossi Azulay,
Correct, you cannot add payment elements directly to Jotform Sign. Payment collection with Stripe Checkout must be done through forms created in the Form Builder.
You can then share the payment form link alongside your signed documents if needed.

Hi Yossi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add Payment widget or to collect payment using Jotform Sign document. As a workaround, you can create a Jotform form and enable Jotform Sign Automation so that you can collect signatures as well. Let me show you how:
- On your Form Builder, click on Add Element and under Payments tab choose Stripe Checkout as your payment gateway.
- You can now add your products and click the wand icon and click on Connect to connect your Stripe account.
- Now, add a Signature element, click on Add Element and select Signature on the list.
- Next, make sure that Jotform Sign Automation is enabled to your form. Click on Settings on the orange navigation bar on top then select Jotform Sign on the lower left side panel.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
- On your Form Builder, click on Add Element and under Payments tab choose Stripe Checkout as your payment gateway.
