    I created the form Student and Resident Application for Financial Assistance and am trying to embed the link into my newsletter. I copied and pasted the link but when I click on it, I get the message that the form is not available.

    The form was in Archive but I cloned it and revised it. Why is it not accessible?

    Hi Nancy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll need a bit of time to look into this, and I'll be back as soon as I can.

    Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi Nancy,

    Archiving the form is almost the same as disabling it. Removing it from the archive should fix the issue. Let me walk you through how;

    1. On your My Workspace page, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Archive.

    2. Then, select the form you want to enable back, click on the More button at the top, and choose Unarchive.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    I had moved the form from Archive to the 2025 Conference Folder. So, the steps you show above are not working since the form is no longer in Archive, there is no unarchive button.

    Hi Nancy,

    I understand that you moved your cloned form from the Archive folder to the 2025 Conference Folder, and now the form link is showing as not available. When a form is archived in Jotform, it is automatically disabled and moved to the Archive folder. To make the form accessible again, it needs to be unarchived, which re-enables the form and moves it back to your main workspace. Since you moved the form out of the Archive folder into a different folder, the unarchive option is no longer available, but the form might still be disabled. Enabling the form again is easy let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Form Status, and change the status from Disabled to Enabled.
    3. Click Save.

    Why is my document not available? Image 1 Screenshot 20 That's it. Enabling the form will make it accessible again via the link you are trying to embed in your newsletter. We also have a guide about How to Enable or Disable a form that you can check out.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
