I have received the Jotform email and I need the recruiter information

hello this is delores andersonand i have received the jot form email in my email account with the download of the forms however I missed some of the work offering who is the recruiter I was talking to what is their email address for an chat session my is adelores41@aol.com back and reply back to my email that statement about judy and what arrangement o deal you have made
