Report all Transactions 1/1/2024 to present

I am getting push back on the cost of our subscription. I missed the december sale and $400 is alot for a small club.

Is it possible to get a list of all transactions across all forms from 1/1/2024 to present?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, there is no dedicated page where you can view or export all transactions from all forms in one place. To retrieve transaction details from 1/1/2024 to the present, you will need to check each transaction within your form’s submission table individually. Here’s how you can do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Dropdown Arrow at the upper left side of the panel.
2. Select the Tables option in the App Menu.

In your submission table, you will need to search each transaction ID and this process needs to be repeated for each form you have. If you want to manage data from multiple forms more efficiently, you can connect other forms within your account in Jotform Tables to view and manage submission data from multiple forms in one place. Let me show you how:

1. In your Jotform Table, click on the +New Tab at the top navigation bar, select the Table option in the Create a New Tab menu and click on the Next button.
2. Under the Create Table View menu, select the Connect to Form option and click on the Next button.
3. Select your Form, click on Next button, and put a Check on the Select All checkbox.
4. Then, click on the Create button.
