Also we used to be able to open in the Program Flexi and now we can't

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Are you referring to the PDF form or the Jotform online form?
I also checked our system, and no Jotform account is registered to your email address. I downloaded Adobe Reader to test this on my end using a PDF document, and I was able to highlight text and copy it.
