How to change the domain name of the form link?

    We would like to run an app with no links back to Jotform and run our own domain

    Hi Jonathan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Take note that we can only change the path of your form link to a custom path name. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
    2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button
    4. Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.

    https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname
