Good afternoon,
We have 'The Reserve Membership Installment Agreement' form in JotForm that will be on our website where members can submit their email address and we are wanting it to feed into a JotForm based on their email address and send this form to them to Sign as Member Signature 1 and then it would route based on workflow to Member Signature 2, then route on to our Membership Director. We have the form and the workflow but not sure how to get it up and going.

Hi Jake,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Sign Document, and it looks like you've already set up the signers in your approval workflow through this form, and it's almost ready to go. However, I noticed that the document doesn't currently have a designated field for the Membership Director, which seems to be the final recipient after both members have signed.
To ensure proper routing, you'll need to add and assign signature or approval fields for the Membership Director within the document and map them accordingly in the workflow. If your intent is for the Membership Director to sign the document, you'll need to add a third signer role.
If they are instead meant to approve the completed document without signing it, you can add an Approval element to the flow after both member signatures are completed.
Can you clarify whether the Membership Director should sign the document or just approve it? Once we have that detail, we’ll be happy to help you finalize the setup.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

thank you, so if we put the form on our website with the sign fields, it will send it to each person?

here is the Start JotForm they will start with. When they enter their email here we want it to send them the actual form to sign.

Hi Jake,
Yes, after users fill out your form, the Sign Document will be automatically sent to their email address. To ensure the workflow routes properly, you'll want to set up your Approval Flow with the basic structure. Let me show you how:
- In your Workflow Builder, click the Add Element button, and add an End element in your workflow.
- Connect the End element to your Sign Document and set the outcome to Signed.
Once your workflow is ready, you can embed your form into your website using the iframe embed code. Here’s how to get it:
- In your Form Builder, click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Embed tab on the left side of the page.
- Click the iFrame in the list.
- Click the Copy Code button and paste it in your website.
That's it. Once the form is submitted, the user will receive an email to sign the document. Check out the screencast below for the result:
Here's an example of the email notification the user will receive to sign the document:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
