Hello,
I recently deleted over 1,000 submissions and also purged them from the trash. However, my account still shows that the storage is full.
Could you please clarify why the storage hasn’t been updated, considering I’ve removed more than 50% of the submissions that were occupying space?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have manually refreshed your account limit, so it should show the latest count. Your form should no longer show as over-quota limit.
