Nothing is happening when downloading Visual Report

I have been trying to download my visual report (around 20 slides), and nothing is happening... do you think it's because the format is too big? or there could be another issue?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you getting a blank page when trying to download the report? It is possible that the size or complexity of the report could affect the download process, but there could also be other factors involved. Can you try to download the report using a different browser? You may also try to download it using a different device that's connected to a different internet service provider.
