Autoresponder Email keeps resetting

    I am attempting to create a personal autoresponder to my registration form. I go through all the editing and hit save but when i go back in or send it out, it continues to revert back to the default message. I have cleared my cache, i have toggled update email to off, i have started from scratch with both the autoresponder and the form itself. I have tried putting it directly into the source.

    Whatever I do, it defaults back!!!

    Can you help please?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you are having trouble saving your personal autoresponder message, as it keeps reverting to the default message despite your efforts.

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know together with more details on the type of changes you're trying to do, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. You may also try making small changes at a time as it can help us further isolate the issue.
