I need to setup a dynamic payment form

I would like to have a slider and qty selected to be connected. When on changes the other updates. Also I want to have pricing adjust based on the QTY.

I attached a sample below. Please let me know if this is possible?

You can use the Numeric Slider Widget so we can use it in a calculation:

Then add a Form Calculation Widget:

For example, if the price per item is 10, you can use this calculation:
