Hi I have created date fields in jotform and in monday.com enabled integration, matched the columns and dates are still not coming across.

I cloned your form, but I can't replicate the issue. The date field value is successfully carried over to the Monday.com board. Check this out:
Could you try removing the integration, and set it up again? Let me walk you through on how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
3. Then, click on the Monday.com Integration, and delete the existing action.
4. Finally, create a new action and set up the field mapping again.
