Hello, I am trying to integrate sales force with jot form and received this error message.
Also, I would like to create a contact, then add to a recurrence schedule within a volunteer job in a campaign. Can you please help me with this?

Hi Marissa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form to replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue.
It appears that the 'Does this child receive free or reduced lunch?' single choice field in your form isn't compatible with the field type it's mapped to in your Salesforce Contact object. To resolve this, update the corresponding field in Salesforce to a Text type so it can accept the selected option from the form.
For Campaign Member object, to help me understand what's going on with the 'campaign id is null' error in your screenshot, could you check in your actual Salesforce account for the "2025/2026 Youth DYF Program" campaign? Specifically, can you confirm that the campaign is active and doesn't have any settings that might prevent new members from being added?
Additionally, since your form creates contacts in Salesforce, here’s a possible way on how to add them to a recurring volunteer schedule within a campaign:
- Your form creates the contact in Salesforce automatically.
- In Salesforce, add the contact as a campaign member.
- Use Salesforce automation tools like Flow or Process Builder to create recurring volunteer tasks or events linked to the contact and campaign, representing the volunteer schedule.
- Alternatively, consider using Salesforce Scheduler or third-party apps from AppExchange to manage recurring volunteer shifts.
Setting up recurring schedules with automation can be complex, so you may want to reach out to Salesforce support for detailed assistance.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
