My upload space is maxed and I can't have more submissions

Hey there, I just deleted 500+ submissions from my upload capacity but still cannot have more submissions into our account.

Is this able to be fixed kindly?

Sure I deleted almost all my submissions which was over 500 from the Placement TMS Application and the SDR Application.

Can you kindly refresh my upload space?

Please try logging out and back into your account or wait a little while longer for the system to update. If the issue persists, upgrading your plan might be necessary to increase your upload capacity.
