When I try to edit form or send form to be filled out it does not load.

Maybe there are to many products?

I am unable to edit and make adjustments, all the Good Company sits and loads.

    Hi Latitude55,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your form, it was able to load successfully. See my screenshot below:

You mentioned the form doesn't load when you try to edit it. Can you share with us a screen recording of it so we can see what's happening on your end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Another thing you can do is try a private browser like Incognito or a different device. Also, try to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser and see if it makes a difference. Make sure also that you're connected to a stable internet connection.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Kylie,

I checked your form directly, and I experienced latency, but it loaded the product after a few seconds. Check out the screencast below:

It appears that having multiple products with images is contributing to the slow performance. To improve the user experience, I recommend reducing the number of products displayed on your form. You may also want to try to divide the items into two forms, adding the second form to the Thank You Page of the first form to automatically redirect the user to the second form, but they have to submit and pay again on the second form, which may not be user-friendly. You can check out our guide on How to Redirect Users After Submission.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Do you think image size can also be affecting load time, it hardly loads for me to edit it.

    Hi Kylie,

Having multiple products with large images can contribute to slower loading times, especially when editing the form. Large image files require more time to load, which can cause delays in the form's responsiveness. To improve the load time, consider optimizing your images by reducing their file size without compromising quality. You can also try limiting the number of product images or using smaller image dimensions. This should help the form load faster and make editing smoother.

Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi Kyle, the recommended size for images is 700x200 pixels. It would be in your best interest to use square images for your product image.
