Upload Space Did Not Free Up Space After Deleting Submissions

    We cleared out our submissions due to lack of space. However, we are still unable to add any new submissions

    Hi Sonja,

    Clearing out submissions helps free up space, but to add new submissions, please ensure that you have also permanently deleted the trashed submissions. Entries in Trash still take up space until they are deleted forever.

    Here’s how to permanently delete trashed submissions:

    1. Go to your form's Submission Table.
    2. Open the tab menu and select Trashed entries.
    3. Select the entries you want to delete permanently and click Delete Forever.

    Once the trash is emptied, you should be able to add new submissions again.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  I've recalculated your upload space, and cleared your form caches. Your upload space is now at 5.19 GB/10.00 GB. You should no longer be seeing the warning message now.
