How to Disable the Jotform Sign Automation?

Hello,

I would like to disable the “Enable Jotform Sign Automation” option on my account.

Currently, when I add a regular signature field (black pen icon), it automatically gets converted into a Jotform Sign field. This prevents me from using the {edit_link} after the form is submitted, which I need for internal validation workflows.

Please disable the Jotform Sign automation on my account so that I can continue using the classic signature field without it being converted.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't have direct access to your account due to privacy reasons. You can easily disable the Jotform Sign automation on your forms. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Select Jotform Sign on the left.
3. Toggle OFF the Enable Jotform Sign Automation.
