Appointment Field Not Showing All Options.

    Good Morning,

    On one of our forms in the appointment picker, there should be 2 times to choose from today and only the 12:10 option is showing. Any idea why the 5:10 isn't

    Hi Tim,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, you just needed to update the time format to ensure it reflected the correct PM value. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment field.
    2. Select the Gear icon to open the Appointment Properties on the right side of the page.
    3. Go to the Intervals section of the Availability tab and update the time.
