How to move forms to a folder?

I need to move forms to a new folder under a different name

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Moving a form to from one folder to another is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In My Workspace, select the form/s that you want to transfer by checking the checkbox.
2. Now, click on Add to Folder button.
3. Next, check which folder would you like to transfer the form. You'll be able to move the form/s in multiple folders.
4. Finally, click on Apply button.
