Sir/Madam,
On my form - https://form.jotform.com/213434374836156 when I fill out CFCWRT Dues Options- CHOOSE ONE ONLY the "Submit" at the end of the form disappears. Prior to filling out that portion the "Submit" is there.
The is no conditional logic to make that happens; it seems to be a function of filling out the Dues Option.
Thanks

Hi Richard,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
The only instance that the Submit button gets hidden is if the user selects the Pay By Check option. While there’s no visible conditional logic in your form that directly hides the Submit button, it’s possible that one of the fields shown after selecting Pay by Check is triggering a layout conflict or causing the form to collapse near the end. To resolve this, try the following steps:
- Check the Visibility Settings - Make sure no field tied to the Pay by Check option is marked as required but hidden in certain cases.
- Inspect Collapsible Sections (if any) - If you’re using Section Collapse or Page Break elements, ensure they’re properly configured to show all content, including the Submit button.
- Re-add the Submit Button - Sometimes, deleting the existing Submit button and adding a new one at the end of the form can fix layout glitches.
Let us know if you need any other help.
