On the pop window of my ai agent, when I click the voice option, the name of the agent is not displayed. Instead I see a {name} prompt. How can I make sure that {name} prompt is replaced by the agent name or something else ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily change the name of your AI Agent. Let me show you how:
- In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on AI Persona.
- Then, change the name in the Agent Name section.

That is the problem. That AI agent already has a name !! and it still does not show on the voice window.

I checked your website and saw that your AI agent's name is updated to Atenta. Check out my screenshot below:
I optimized the form's performance by clearing the cache. Can you try clearing your browser's cache and see how it goes? If the same thing happens, try using a different browser.

That is not the place I am concerned about. It is at the black button , see image. It says {nombre} instead of the AI agent name,

I tested your AI agent and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.
