Hi Jeffrey,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. First, I suggest creating your free Jotform account on this link. Second, you can check our guide on how to create your first web form. In this way, you will be familiarized with our Jotform Builder.
Here's a guide on how to create 3 3-page form with a submit button:
- Make sure that you have a Jotform account. In the My Workspace, click the Create orange button
- Select the Form option.
- Click the Start from Scratch option and then select the Classic form layout.
After that, you can now add multiple pages and a Submit button to the form. By default, the newly created form will have a Submit button at the end. To add a page to the form, you can click the Add new page below the form page.
To add a Submit button to the form, open the Add Element window and click the Submit element. This will add the Submit button to the form automatically.
Give it a try and let us know if you need help.
- Make sure that you have a Jotform account. In the My Workspace, click the Create orange button
