Combine Live Chat and AI Agent

I want to combine a live chst solution with this ai solution.

Hi Hans,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can take over the AI Agent chat through your AI Chat conversation. Let me show you how:

1. In Agent Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top left side of the page, and select Conversations.

2. Now, you can see the current conversation. You can click on the Take Over button so you can speak directly to your AI Agent user.

3. Then, in the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Yes, Take Over button. That's it.
