Hello, I have a Product List Element on my form that sells extras, and I also have a room booking widget that works out the room charge.

I need to pull the value of the room booking into the Product List Element so I can check out the total amount, is this possible?

    Cheers, TT

    Hi Toby,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Currently, it is not possible to directly pull the value from a room booking widget into a Product List Element to calculate the total amount. These elements work independently, and there is no built-in feature to link their values automatically.

If you want to combine values, you might consider using calculation fields or custom scripts outside of the standard Product List Element to achieve this functionality.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Toby,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding your question about incorporating the value from a room booking widget into a Product List Element to calculate the total amount, it is currently not possible to directly pull values between these two elements within Jotform. These elements operate independently, and there is no built-in feature to automatically link their values.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hello, I have built a form to take a room booking and sell some Gourmet Food Baskets (https://www.jotform.com/build/251386660095866).

I have a field that shows the total (Total Spend) from the customer, and I need to use either Stripe or Eway to charge that total to the customers card.

How can I get that value into the CC charge?

    Cheers, TT
