Jotform Workflow: Option to Add Form Assignment Links as Tasks in Jotform Boards

Currently, I have a workflow that assigns a mostly pre-filled form to me. I need a way to view and access all of my uncompleted and assigned forms. Currently, the only way I can easily access the assigned for is through the link emailed to me. However, if I have several of these forms waiting to be filled out, it can get very messy.

You can use the Submission Inbox to track Waiting for Me items. This includes a form that you need to fill out. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Inbox on the right side of the screen.

2. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Waiting For Me tab on the top-left side of the page.

Note that for the workflow to proceed, the form must be completed through the email you received. The link in the form from the email is connected to the Workflow. Whereas if you click on View on Submission Inbox and complete it, it'll be treated as a regular submission of the form in question. But this should be helpful, so you can track if there are still forms that you need to complete.

Thanks for the help! That is useful for viewing all my assigned form submissions, but is there anyway to access the form through something other than my email. Would storing the link in a Jotform Board task be viable? If so, is there a way to get the submission link other than just copy and pasting from my email? I really appreciate the help!

Right now, the Form Assignment link is only available in the email. But I agree it would be great to have the option to add it as a task in Jotform Boards.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.
