    Hi All

I have tried clearing the cache, changing browser, changing internet.

    The problem remains.

    Hi Tatty,

I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

It looks like your form is stuck on the "refresh page" message despite trying cache clearing, different browsers, and internet connections. This issue can sometimes be caused by form settings or browser compatibility.

Let me help you with some steps to try:

    1. Check if the form is disabled or locked in your Jotform account settings.
    2. Try accessing the form in an incognito/private browser window to rule out any browser extensions causing conflicts.
    3. Review any custom scripts or widgets added to the form that might interfere with editing.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please share more details about how you are trying to edit the form (e.g., in the builder or through a link) so I can assist further.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    None of the above worked.

I am logged in and click edit. I try to edit the name and it crashes immediately.

I had wanted to upgrade but this has waste so much time

    Hi Tatty,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have cloned your form and tested it on my end and I was unable to replicate the issue as shown in the screen recording.

Could you try cloning your form and test it out if the issue still persists? Here's how to do it:

    1. In My Workspace, click on the concerned form to select.

    2. On the right side of the selected form, click on More.

    3. Click on Clone.

We also have a guide about How to Clone an Existing Form From Your Account that you can check out. As an additional measure, I have cleared your form cache.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
