Email address keeps getting added to the bounce list

Could you please help fix this? Everytime I login, it says my email is on bounce list and I have to manually remove it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This usually happens when your email provider blocks messages from Jotform. Our system tries a few times to send the email, but if it keeps failing, your email address gets added to our bounce list to stop more failed attempts.

To help avoid this, you can add noreply@jotform.com to your contacts, so your inbox knows it’s safe. You can also Whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your email or web host settings to make sure our emails get through.

If your email keeps landing on the bounce list, we suggest setting up your form emails to send through your own SMTP. That gives you more control and can improve delivery. Let me show you how:

1. On your Settings page, in the Sender Emails section, click on the Add Sender Email button.

2. In the window that opens, select Google and click on Continue.

3. In the next window that pops up, connect your Google Account.

4. After connecting your account, click on Send Test Email in the Google SMTP Configuration menu to check if it’s set up correctly, then click on Save and that's it.

Now, when setting up your Notification or Autoresponder emails, you'll be able to select your Google account as the sender:

If you change your Google password or permissions for Jotform, this setup will no longer be valid, and you’ll need to click on the Refresh button on your Settings page:
