I need to add sales tax (6.25%) to 2 of the 3 items included in my calculation widget
As shown 1st Entry and 2nd Entry are to be taxed
can this happen?
As always thank you.

Hi Joseph,
The solution is to add one more Form Calculation widget and set the calculation like what you see in the screenshot below:
Now, in your Calculation field, you will add the Form Calculation widget that you just added. Check out the screenshot below:
Feel free to test this cloned version of your form. Below is a screencast of the expected form behavior:
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

Hi Chris,
I can not get the calculations to be correct in all combinations. Note there is
1 or 2 Images, 12x or 16x print sizes, prints supplied or see print, possibilities. Would you please review my implementation, I'm going wrong somewhere
Thanks
Joe

Hi Joseph,
You can check out this demo form provided by my colleague. I also checked your actual form, and it appears you've already set up the calculation. When I tested your form, it seems to be working properly. To help you better with this, you can share with us a screen recording of what’s happening on your end so we can take a look at it? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Joe,
You can clone the form to your account, so you'll have a cloned copy of it. Let me show you how:- In My Workspace, click on Create on the top right.
- Now, select Form, select Import Form, and From a Webpage.
- Finally, enter the Form URL, and click on Create Form.
We also have this guide on how to clone a form from a URL.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
