Hi, just trying to follow the above process so I can allow the cancellation of appointments, however when I get to step 7. DO, unrequire isn't an option?

    Hi Sienna,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The option labeled Unrequire in our Reschedule or Cancel Appointments guide has recently been updated to Don't Require. While following the steps in the guide, simply look for the Don't require option instead—it works the same way as before. Check out my screenshot below:

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks - but when I go to the select Appointment in the last field, it isn't there either? (eg I can only select Roster Date/Time, Name, Phone Number or Email)?

    Hi Sienna,

If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and help you with a solution. Also, can you take a screenshot of what you can see from your end and share it with our Support Forum so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with this? This guide will show you how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi

Screenshot below as requested. I am unable to scroll past this, but the last option (which you can't see) is email. There isn't an option for appointment.

I have the collaboration link, but wasn't sure if you wanted it here?

    Hi Sienna,

I tried to replicate the issue using my form and everything works fine on my end. See screenshot below for the result:

Enable/Require/Mask Field Condtion: Unrequired Not Showing Image 1 Screenshot 20So that I can try to replicate the issue, can you share to use the form URL where you're having issues with?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi

Happy to share the thread - but does this chat go public for everyone to see? I don't want everyone to have access to the form.

    Hi Sienna,

I changed the thread status to Private. Only us from the Support team, and you will be able to access this thread. You can now share the form link with us so that we can try to replicate the issue. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

    Hi Sienna,

To clarify, the issue you're having now is scrolling through the email field to select it, right? A workaround for this is to zoom out your screen temporarily. You can zoom it in to 110%(or more), this helps increases the field section's scroll bar. Check out my result:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi

The issue relates to the option in the drop down menu. I believe I am meant to be selecting Appointment, but it isn't an option. Screenshot below. Thanks.

    Hi Sienna,

Based on your screenshot, the appointment field is available for selection. In the Field Dropdown, it shows there the Roster Date/Time, which is is the appointment field.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Lorenz,

Thanks for the advice, that seems to have fixed it.

Both times I had issues it was because the wording in the tutorial / guide was different to that on the form.

I did wonder if the slightly different fields would work, but was reluctant to try in case it caused issues.

    Thank you for clarifying.

    Sienna

    Hi Sienna,

I understand it can be confusing sometimes. Now, for you to easily identify the field to select, you can always look at the field's label, as that label/question, is what will show up in the dropdown when setting up conditions.

Reach out to us again if you need any more help.
